How You Can Help

Whether you are in a medical profession or not, your assistance or talents can be used to help the underserved populations in the countries we visit.  As long as you have a heart for the poor you can volunteer on a trip with us.

We need help in the following areas:

* Obtaining medications and supplies
* Assisting in packing for the trips
* Providing transportation for 
   volunteers to the airports 
* Providing transportation within the
   countries we visit
* Assistance with our Annual Banquet
* Monetary Donations
* Donations of medical equipment
   (wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds)
* Volunteering or sponsoring a
    volunteer for a trip

For all volunteers interested in going to one of our mission trips, the following 2 forms will need to be completed and faxed back to us (Click on forms to print):

1. Volunteer Application
2. Release of Liability

For volunteers going to a mission trip in Jamaica, the following additional forms are required as well:

1. Short-Term Volunteer
2. Exempt for Work Permit

For Nurses or Nurse Practioners going to Jamaica, the following information is also needed:

1. Nurses Guidelines
2. Nursing Council Form

For Doctors going to Jamaica, the following form is also required:

1. Medical Practioner
